Cabinet Painting & Refinishing
If your current cabinets are well-made and you like the style of the doors and drawer fronts, cabinet painting & refinishing is your best option. There is a lot more to the process than just painting.
Our refinishing process involves 15-20 hours of prep work on a typical kitchen. We clean and sand thoroughly, use tape and plastic to cover everything in your kitchen, and create a barrier to contain as much dust as possible.
Then we seal, prime, and spray the topcoat (tinted to your choice of color) on your cabinet bases while sanding in between coats to ensure a smooth finish.
In the meantime, your doors and drawer-fronts get similar treatment off-site at our shop. The final step is to transport the doors and drawer-fronts back, reinstall everything, and leave you to enjoy your newly transformed kitchen!
Typically refinishing takes 7-10 days from start to finish.
